Prices & Payment Terms
All prices will be provided on request in Pounds Sterling, US Dollars
or Euros.
Payment must be made and cleared for items prior to dispatch. We accept
all normal methods of payment, including Credit Card.
Delivery & Charges
All deliveries will be dispatched within 48 Hours of payment clearing.
The method of delivery, including insurance, is at the buyers request
and we do not accept any responsibility for the item once it has been
dispatched. If the buyer does not request a specific method of delivery
or insurance level then the item will be sent by First Class Post without
insurance.
All post, packing and insurance charges will be quoted individually for
each item based upon the buyers request and must be paid by the buyer.
Where applicable, all items sent overseas will have the relevant licence
purchased (eg CITES for ivory items). We will complete the application
and obtain the necessary documents. This must be paid by the buyer.
Returns Policy
An item may be returned once notification of the intention to return the
item is sent by e-mail to enquiry@theniogallery.com
within 14 days of the dispatch of the item to the buyer. Once received,
the buyer will be issued with return instructions and then the item must
be returned within 14 days of the date of the instructions. If the goods
are returned without the insurance as requested in the return instructions
and the item is not received in a state equal to those advised then the
funds will not be returned. The cost of return will also be covered on
production of a receipt. Once accepted and assessed, the funds will be
returned within 14 days.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
